County Lines Magazine has so graciously granted us one of the best caterers for 2015! We are now going on two years of being voted best of the best. Here’s to keeping the streak going for many more years!
The 2015 wedding season is officially under way for the Jimmy Duffy team! We are so excited to see how this year will unfold. And in order for this busy season to work, I have to give a huge shout out to our warehouse and kitchen team. Because without them there would be no food to eat or chairs to sit in. It’s amazing how efficient both teams are, I will always be amazed at how much they do.
And here’s a little peak into what these wonderful people have helped to produce! If these weddings are any indication as to what the rest of the 2015 season will look like…watch out for some glamour!
So on the first day of spring, during that not so spring like weather. Our Sales Executive and Event Specialist Sarah Blackwell; had the amazing opportunity to work with Daniel Jackson Photography.Dan is an artist based out of our exclusive location, The Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts. Dan and Sarah actually met while working on a styled shoot for the DCCA. Shortly after Dan approached Sarah with the fabulous idea of taking food shots, for Jimmy Duffy’s.
Dan so graciously donated his talent, and he even spent the entire day with us just to give us the best possible product. To make the photo shoot even better, we were able to bring in Kati Mac Floral Designs for styling tips and beautiful floral arrangements.
Needless to say this day was outstanding, and we are so thankful for all the help and talent that surrounded us.

Check out Window Filth on Instagram for our hiring manager Amy Worth’s feature of our Excelsior Bridal Shoot.
Phew! Needless to say we are beaming with pride and joy for all of our wonderful staff members and projects that have been key to our success. Not a bad way to end 2014!
We were very fortunate to have been a part of this breathe taking wedding. And now we get to celebrate with our fellow vendors, on this wonderful feature in Brides Magazine!
We were so excited to shoot the first Excelsior bridal shoot! Our very own Sales Executive and Event Planner, Sarah Blackwell was given the honor of being the bride of Excelsior as well! A very heartfelt thank you goes to Kelly and John Danntine, for sharing this experience with us. And Katy Fry Photography, Artemous Photography, Special Occasions Linen, Shumaker PDT, Kindred Designs, Martine Cajas, Joe Kelly, Weddings By Paulette, Petals With Style and so many other wonderful vendors for making this experience memorable.
Nothing says holidays more then being home with your family. Jimmy Duffy’s core values begin and end with family; whether its ours or yours, we truly enjoy bringing family holiday recipes to you. We are truly blessed here at Jimmy Duffy’s with a wonderful family, we couldn’t operate without them. We had an amazing 2014, from the bottom of our hearts; thank you to all who were involved in making each and every event spectacular. And a very special thank you to all of our brides and clients for letting us share in your celebrations.
Finding the right venue tends to be the most difficult task when planning a wedding…so why not throw a beautiful wedding in your own back yard?
There are many benefits to throwing your wedding in your backyard. For example, you will save a ton on your venue rental and get to choose your own caterer. And you already love the space (since it is your own)!
We truly enjoyed working with Erin and Matt in there beautiful home. Creating a fun and exciting menu, was just the tip of how creative Erin is.
